Outback Mining Services Pty Ltd (OMS) has acquired JSW Drilling from private equity firm Allegro Funds on 2 October 2024.

JSW Drilling is a leading Western Australian production drilling company with Tier One customers across commodities including iron ore, gold, and bauxite. The company operates more than 30 rigs and employs over 100 staff. JSW Drilling was founded as part of a management buy-out from Ausdrill in 2010.
