BDO Australia Limited, an Australian public company, is a member of BDO International, and forms part of the International BDO network of independent firms.
BDO Australia Limited operates in all of the major capital cities in Australia, including our most recent expansion into Canberra. The company is governed by a board of directors made up of an independent Chair, an independent Director, and six elected BDO Partners. The role of the Board is to govern, guide, and direct BDO Australia Limited towards the effective achievement of BDO’s collective goals and objectives.
In addition to the independently chaired Board, there is an Executive Leadership Team led by a Chief Executive Partner (CEP), supported by an operational leadership team.
The strategic implementation of the firm’s plans is overseen at each location by Office Managing Partners for the maximum benefit of the business and its clients.
BDO has also appointed leaders responsible for service lines and sectors.
