Executive Summary

Peter a Partner within the Perth Deal Advisory team (focusing on transactional services and M&A) and one of the two International Liaison Partners for BDO Australia.

He has over 20 years’ experience advising companies ranging in size from ASX 100 to large family operations on identifying and executing transactions. Peter has considerable public market corporate transactions experience, including listing companies on various exchanges, with a particular focus on the ASX, TSX, LSE and AIM exchanges. His strength lies in mergers and acquisitions facilitated by his extensive network in the business community.

Having joined BDO in 1998 and appointed Partner in 2006, Peter has gained additional experience working in BDO’s New York and Melbourne offices. He is also a member of BDO’s Natural Resources industry group and the National Lead for the Food & Agribusiness industry group.
