Chris is a Partner in BDO’s Deal Advisory team in Brisbane. He has significant experience providing financial and commercial advisory services to clients (such as small start-ups; private and publicly listed companies; and private equity and managed funds) across a broad range of industries, including government, property, financial technology, natural resources, renewable energy, and senior living.

• Purchase price allocation reports for financial reporting purposes for a science and technology client seeking to acquire multiple entities
• IER to shareholders of a small energy retailer relating to the proposed conversion of a convertible note loan facility into an ownership interest
