Ashton applies this skillset across a range of industries and for different purposes, and mainly for preparing independent expert reports (IERs) and purchase price allocations (PPAs).
He also completed a secondment to ASIC, where his primary responsibilities were reviewing IERs and independent limited assurance reports (ILARs), and providing specialist valuation and accounting treatment advice.
