Rajnil Kumar and Vijyata Kirpalani join BDO as Audit & Assurance Partners

BDO in Australia welcomes Rajnil Kumar and Vijyata Kirpalani as Audit & Assurance Partners in the firm’s Sydney office.

Rajnil specialises in the audit of private and ASX-listed companies and cross-border clients in a range of industries with a particular focus on consumer business and technology sectors.

He is a pragmatic and hands-on leader who is highly skilled in delivering external audits and internal control assessments, facilitating his clients’ regulatory compliance, and enhancing their financial reporting and overall governance.

Rajnil has over 20 years of experience and joins BDO from Deloitte.

Vijyata brings over 17 years of audit experience, including audits for large agencies and State Owned Corporations within the Government sectors including Utilities, Universities, Treasury, Health.

Her technical expertise comes from leading audit engagements and her global experience in USA with the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) and the International Audit and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB). Vijyata joins BDO from EY.
