He leads a team of over 700 professionals across two offices in Sydney and Greater Western Sydney, and is a member of BDO’s National Executive Leadership Team. Grant has overseen a more than three-fold increase in revenue and team size by focusing on organisational culture and helping reposition BDO as a market leader in New South Wales and nationally.
