BDO Australia welcomes four new partners as part of continued growth strategy
BDO is pleased to announce the appointment of four new partners, bolstering the firm’s capabilities in deal advisory, tax, and technology-driven business transformations.
Patrick Burke joins as a deal advisory partner in Melbourne, bringing over 18 years of experience. He has a proven track record in leading large-scale transformations, digital programs, separations, integrations, and value creation initiatives across diverse sectors.
Stefanie Bradley, who brings over 20 years of experience, also joins the Melbourne office as part of the advisory team, bringing deep expertise in organisational transformation, change management, and large technology implementation projects. Her appointment strengthens BDO's advisory services and consulting capabilities, particularly in strategy, transformation, and change.
"Patrick and Stefanie’s extensive experience in strategic advisory and transformation will further enhance our capabilities in the Melbourne office," said BDO Victoria Office Managing Partner David Garvey. "Their leadership will be pivotal in delivering tailored, high-impact solutions for our clients, particularly in the public sector and large corporates."
Continuing the firm’s national growth, Patrice Farmer has been appointed as a corporate & international tax partner in BDO’s Sydney office. With a solid reputation for providing insightful, commercial tax advice, Patrice has extensive experience in all major areas of Australian corporate tax, including tax governance, M&A advisory, and compliance services, particularly within the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors.
Patrice is joined by Adam Quigley, an expert in technology-enabled change management, who also joins the Sydney office as a consulting partner, and part of the people advisory team. With over 17 years of experience, Adam has worked on large-scale ERP transformations, particularly in sectors such as energy, resources, and higher education. His focus will be on helping organisations realise value more quickly from new technology through effective change management, particularly around platforms like SAP, Oracle, and Workday.
"Both Patrice and Adam bring strong skills and networks to BDO and complement our growing team. By bolstering BDO’s existing capability in both tax and change management, we can appeal to an even wider set of clients; which will be crucial to furthering our growth and service offerings," said BDO NSW Office Managing Partner Grant Saxon.
