Viva Leisure Limited acquires Gold’s Gym Western Australian Health Clubs

BDO’s deal advisory team acted as the lead adviser to a collection of Gold’s Gym franchises on the successful sale to Viva Leisure Limited (ASX:VVA).

The three acquired Gold’s Gym franchises are all based in the southern corridor of metropolitan Perth, including Port Kennedy, Kennedy Park and Mandurah, and have approximately 10,000 members. These gyms have since been rebranded into Club Lime.

The acquisition will see the further expansion and a new phase of growth of Viva Leisure’s Club Lime brand across Western Australia.

Gold’s Gym in Western Australia engaged BDO’s deal advisory team in Perth, led by Peter Toll, Partner, to provide lead manager services on the sale process.
