Tina is an Audit & Assurance Partner with BDO in Sydney. She has over 19 years’ financial accounting, reporting, and auditing experience in Australia, Hong Kong, and China, and has worked with large listed companies, multinational subsidiaries, and private and family businesses across various industries.

Tina is responsible for conducting audits for ASX-listed companies, large private companies, and not-for-profits. She has also helped some of her clients undertake the IPO journey on various stock exchanges in Australia, China, and Hong Kong.

Tina was born and educated in mainland China, and started her career with global accounting firms in Beijing. Living in Australia for more than 19 years, she understands cultural differences and how these impact the ways in which people do business. Rather than performing audits purely for compliance, her focus is helping clients bridge the cultural gap, and achieve optimal value.

Tina joined BDO in 2013.
