Paul is a respected adviser to major government departments, and has extensive experience assisting clients with strategic real estate decisions and transaction execution. He and his team provide property valuation, real estate development feasibility and project evaluation, portfolio reviews, strategic advisory, and real estate acquisition and disposal services to his clients.
Paul works with both government and private sector clients across a range of traditional property asset classes, with a particular focus on the ‘Living Sector,’ having significant experience across social and affordable housing, build-to-rent, residential, aged care and retirement, and hotels.
He has over 25 years' experience working across Australia, the UK, and the Middle East.

- FinCom adviser to a state government in relation to its three successful BTR pilot projects across both private and government sites
- Strategic adviser for a state government transport department regarding the renegotiation of a DA for a significant transport-oriented development (TOD) in a capital city, and FinCom adviser for a significant TOD in a major tourist hub
- Provided strategic property feasibility advice to local councils in relation to the re-development of strategic land holdings for various uses, including the potential development of new commercial office towers, residential development, and hotel development
- Undertaking a number of property portfolio reviews and strategic options analysis for private and public sector clients
- Acquisition due diligence services across a range of asset classes, including hotels and development sites, for a range of local and offshore investors
- Real estate asset disposal services for a range of private sector clients in the aged care and retirement, hotel, and residential development sectors.
