Paul and his team provide property valuation, real estate development feasibility and project evaluation, portfolio reviews, strategic advisory, and real estate acquisition and disposal services to his clients.

Paul works with both government and private sector clients within the social and affordable housing, build-to-rent, residential, aged care and retirement, hotels, and industrial industries.

• Strategic acquisitions advisor for large-scale spot purchase acquisitions and FinCom adviser for BTR pilot projects program for private and government sites for Queensland Treasury.
• Strategic adviser for the Queensland Department of Transport regarding the renegotiation of a DA for a significant transport oriented development (TOD) in Brisbane, and FinCom adviser for a significant TOD on the Gold Coast.
• Provided strategic property feasibility advice for a local council for the development of a new office tower, and completed a property portfolio review and strategic options analysis for other projects.
• Provided acquisition due diligence services across a range of asset classes, including hotels and development sites for a range of offshore investors.
• Provided disposal services for a range of clients in aged care and retirement, hotel, and residential development sectors.
