  • Merger in the gas industry: Led integration planning and divestitures in the Americas as part of the largest merger in the gas industry
  • Divestment in logistics and transportation: Led the divestiture of one business unit of a leading Australian Logistics company to a Private Equity firm
  • Merger in the construction industry: Led the integration planning for the asset sale/merger to create a world leader in the building materials industry
