Martin is a Valuation Partner at BDO in Melbourne.

With almost two decades of valuation experience (having worked in Sweden, the UK, the US, the Middle East, and Australia at a global accounting firm), Martin joined BDO in Melbourne in 2019. Martin has undertaken numerous assignments involving valuations, independent expert reports, purchase price allocations for a broad range of clients in sectors such as infrastructure, renewables, automotive, energy, manufacturing, services, travel and hospitality, healthcare, construction, financial services, and technology, media, and telecom (TMT).

Martin has prepared valuations of equity, options, businesses, brands, contracts, and other intellectual property for a range of purposes, including fund reporting / unit pricing, mergers and acquisitions, accounting, taxation, stamp duty, Corporations Law and ASX requirements.
