Kristy’s clients have ranged from small and medium-sized businesses to global enterprises. She specialises in management consulting, advising natural resources industry clients on sustainability, strategy and organisational transformation, and program management. This experience positions Kristy to ‘bridge the gap’ between her clients’ strategic ambitions and sustainability imperatives, and forms a robust foundation for her pragmatic problem-solving methods.

- An ASX-listed gold company - Designed, co-developed, and facilitated an ELT workshop to develop inputs and prioritise key activities to build an ESG strategy and roadmap to net zero
- A global resources company - Led and delivered a strategic ESG social impact project, managing multiple workstreams and working closely with the client’s team, providing strategic oversight and support, stakeholder communication, facilitating workshops, and developing an accelerated implementation plan
