Kristy’s clients have ranged from small and medium-sized businesses to global enterprises. She specialises in management consulting, advising natural resources industry clients on sustainability, strategy and organisational transformation, and program management. This experience positions Kristy to ‘bridge the gap’ between her clients’ strategic ambitions and sustainability imperatives, and forms a robust foundation for her pragmatic problem-solving methods.

Her approach is both strategic and deeply client-focused, ensuring every solution is tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

Prior to joining BDO, Kristy worked in management consulting roles with a global accounting firm and a global resources company.

• An ASX-listed gold company - Designed, co-developed, and facilitated an ELT workshop to develop inputs and prioritise key activities to build an ESG strategy and roadmap to net zero
• A global resources company - Led and delivered a strategic ESG social impact project, managing multiple workstreams and working closely with the client’s team, providing strategic oversight and support, stakeholder communication, facilitating workshops, and developing an accelerated implementation plan
• A global energy company - Led and delivered the design and co-creation of an international ESG decarbonisation monitoring project, providing strategic oversight, communications, and program reporting to the client’s climate change team
• A global resources company - Led the strategic PMO for a complex, multi-year transformation program, leading a team of eight consultants, multiple client project leads, and various stakeholders
• A global resources company - Led the strategic PMO for a complex, multi-year work health and safety reform program, including developing tools, cadence, risk management, and mobilising a multi-site PMO team.
