She has over two decades of experience in a broad range of industries across all phases of the business cycle – from start-ups to established businesses - including business succession planning, business sales and transitioning wealth to the next generation.

Her clients include small to medium enterprises (SMEs) in various sectors, foreign-controlled subsidiaries, and high-net-worth individuals. She also provides financial counselling and career transition advice for senior executives and is highly skilled in family business advisory and compliance.

Koraly specialises in accounting services for digital content creators and is a trusted tax and business adviser to many of Australia’s most successful and popular creators.

She is an accomplished seasonal teacher of tax law to undergraduate students and also participates in tax clinic service for vulnerable taxpayers, on a pro-bono basis.

Technology sector – Business sale

  • Led all financial aspects of a client’s business sale to a private equity firm, including tax advice, valuations of assets, provision of information for due diligence, assistance with integration with new team and continued compliance beyond the business sale.

Transport sector – Outsourced accounting function and payroll services

  • Led setup and implementation of Australian outsourced accounting and payroll function for a motorhome rental company operating in Europe, North America and Oceania.

Digital content creator - E-commerce store setup

  • Led all financial aspects of an e-commerce store setup and launch for a content creator to sell merchandise. This included seeking support from BDO in foreign jurisdictions to ensure compliance with local laws.
