Jennifer is a Director in our People Advisory team at BDO in Sydney. She partners with organisations to design and implement business-driven solutions, with expertise spanning strategy, operating model design, organisational effectiveness, program management, change management, and workplace well-being. 

With over 20 years’ experience leading change across diverse corporate environments, Jennifer’s key strengths lie in her ability to collaborate across all levels of an organisation—from setting strategic direction to designing and implementing tailored solutions. She is particularly passionate about fostering psychosocial safety and employee well-being, helping organisations proactively address workplace hazards while cultivating resilient, high-performing cultures. 

Jennifer excels in uniting diverse stakeholders to create and deliver a shared vision. Her ability to align leadership, culture, and systems ensures sustainable outcomes that drive organisational success and empower individuals to thrive.

Experience 

  • Strategy development - Worked with numerous organisations across a range of sectors to facilitate workshops and develop their strategy. Included the provision of highly engaging workshops, advice and expertise to unblock areas of concerns and friction for senior leaders. For example, working with an education provider to develop a strategy to expand their training products into the New Zealand market. 
  • Cohesive operating and service model for an integrated faith-based community - Led the development of a new vision, including education, pastoral care, student and community well-being, high-needs support and complementary commercial services. Included design of a new operating model, design of core services, redesign of facilities, stakeholder engagement and change management.
  • Post-acquisition integration for a multinational pharmaceutical client - Led an Australian and New Zealand (ANZ) business integration program following an orthopaedic solutions company acquisition. The scope included supply chain process alignment and technology integration. 
  • HR operating model design for education and health sector clients - Led the design and implementation of HR target operating models, enabling the People & Culture function to deliver services effectively and sustainably in line with the organisation’s strategic mandate.
