Jenine is a Partner and leads BDO’s National People Advisory teams, as well as the New South Wales Consulting team, bringing together our strategy, digital, and operations capabilities. She is skilled at partnering with organisations to design and implement business-driven people solutions with a focus on operating model design, organisational effectiveness, change management, and leadership-related projects.

With over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of people and culture management in a range of corporate organisations, Jenine’s key strength is her ability to work across all levels of an organisation, from helping set strategy and direction to organisational design and implementation, process re-engineering, and policy development.

She prides herself on developing strong relationships that allow her to build a deep understanding of her clients’ challenges and develop ‘real-world’ solutions.

  • Organisational design – Conducted an extensive organisational review for a major education client to make recommendations for improvement in their support functions’ efficiency and effectiveness
  • Change management – Developed and implemented a change plan to manage a key business acquisition’s people & culture impacts
  • New business exploration - HR lead charged with reviewing a business creation opportunity for the Australia/NZ medical device market, involving in-depth market analysis, customer alignment activities, and business concept development
  • Developing and implementing change management, communication, and training plans for a major payroll and HR information system implementation
