James Momsen

James is a Partner within the Sydney Tax team and provides Australian income tax structuring advice, and due diligence on transactions made by private equity, corporate, property and infrastructure clients.

With almost 20 years experience solving Australian taxation issues across a range of corporate control and restructuring transactions, James specialises in the Private Equity, Venture Capital, property, and the large corporate space.

James has previously worked for a global accounting firm in New York and has extensive experience in M&A Tax advisory, fund structuring and management incentivisation structures.
