Policy and business transformation
- Driving large and complex business-led, technology-enabled transformation programs, shaping government priorities in digital services, infrastructure, health and social services, and education.
- Extensive experience in joint agency and regulatory reform programs, collaborating across Federal Government, State and Territory Governments, and the private sector.
- Redesigned mental health, complex case management, and rehabilitation service delivery models, increasing efficiency and standardisation across 60+ health centres nationally. This included re-engineering processes, policy development, governance frameworks, and new system requirements.
- Led a large team delivering business design for a major transformation program, overseeing process re-engineering, functional requirement definition, change impact assessment, user acceptance, data remediation, and training, building internal capability to ensure ongoing benefits.
ICT delivery model
- Designing and establishing technology delivery models that pragmatically balance iterative development and government funding, oversight and compliance.
- Established and managed a delivery model to support over 30 software vendors and 100+ higher education providers to iteratively develop and integrate a real-time reporting system to meet new government legislation requirements.
Architecture and roadmaps
- Led the review of business and enterprise architecture, supporting the transition to a single network to improve efficiency and collaboration across 70 sites.
- Led development of a target state business architecture and roadmap, to increase operating alignment and investment prioritisation, including a prioritisation framework, project cost model and initiatives roadmap.
Data and analytics
- Led the development of a five-year demand model, enabling scenario modelling to consider market competition, implementation timing, and pricing elasticity to inform rollout strategy for digital solution
- Oversaw development of data migration strategy and data governance model to enable a single repository to manage infrastructure project delivery, expenditure, funding and administration.
