Gareth Few

Executive summary

Gareth is a partner in BDO’s Audit & Assurance team in Sydney, and has over 18 years’ audit experience.

With a varied client and audit base, ranging from smaller single entity audits through to the audit of major multinationals, he has developed in-depth knowledge around critical business issues that affect day-to-day operations, as well as key compliance risks to be addressed in the audit process.

In addition to his audit experience, Gareth also has experience in due diligence reporting, independent accountant’s reports, internal audit assignments, and coordinating overseas group audits.

He has also been involved in a number of successful IPOs, and is ideally placed to advise on the listing process.

When auditing publicly listed and large private companies, Gareth has also completed additional reporting requirements involving reporting to audit committees and boards of directors.

Gareth joined BDO in 2012 and became partner in 2014. He has over 12 years' audit experience, and trained and qualified in London before moving to Australia in 2005.
