Elmare Annandale

Elmaré is a Director in the Quality Management Function and her focus is on the continued design, implementation, operation, monitoring and remediation of the Firms overall System of Quality Management (SOQM).

Within a constantly evolving environment, she influences the changes and improvements to the SOQM and through that, enables engagement teams to continually drive quality on their engagements whilst managing risk.

Elmaré is passionate about the design and implementation of internal quality and risk policies and procedures to respond to rapidly evolving professional standards and regulations, while delivering valuable insights to key stakeholders through analysing data and innovation projects.

Elmaré is a qualified Chartered Accountant, with 18 years audit and related services experience, both locally and internationally.
