David is a tax specialist with a wealth of recent experience assisting clients in merger and acquisition transactions, particularly in relation to due diligence, and domestic and cross-border structuring. He serves a broad range of clients—domestic and foreign, listed and unlisted—across a broad range of sectors.
David joined BDO as Partner in 2010. He has over 30 years’ experience in the tax field, having also worked with a number of accounting firms (including global firms) and the ATO.
