Clark is an Audit Partner with BDO in Brisbane.

Clark is a specialist advisor on the implementation and implications of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).  This includes providing advice on the application of Accounting Standards and assisting clients in resolving their more complex accounting problems. He has prepared Expert Reports and Independent Determinations arising from disputes involving accounting matters. Clark is also an experienced auditor, having led the audit of large public, private, profit and not-for-profit entities.  For many years, he has provided presentations on financial reporting topics at both client and industry seminars.

Clark has over 30 years’ experience as a chartered accountant, auditor and advisor.
