Catherine is a Partner in the Tax division with BDO in Sydney. Catherine’s key focus at BDO is to provide M&A transactional, advisory and tax compliance services to clients particularly in the energy & resources, industrial markets, corporates and charitable sectors.

Catherine represents the Tax Institute on the large business & international working group committee. She regularly presents at industry seminars, including the Tax Institute of Australia, on corporate tax issues.

Catherine also has experience in the strategic management of tax disputes, including client risk reviews and audits with the Australian Taxation Office.

Catherine has over 20 years of experience advising on Corporate Tax matters with global consulting firms.
