Catherine is a Partner in BDO's Tax team in Sydney. Her key focus is providing merger and acquisition (M&A) transactional, advisory, and tax compliance services, particularly to clients in the natural resources and renewables sectors.
Catherine also has experience in the strategic management of tax disputes, including client risk reviews and audits with the ATO.
She is passionate about ESG issues as they relate to tax, including designing the proposed National Food Waste Tax Incentive.
Catherine has over 20 years’ experience advising on corporate tax matters with global consulting firms.
