Ben is a Partner in BDO’s Global Expatriate Services & Employment Taxes team in Melbourne, and BDO’s National Payroll Advisory Lead. He helps his clients navigate a broad range of people, tax, pay, and reward issues, and specialises in the unique employment, human resources (HR), finance, and compliance challenges Australian complex employment tax, industrial relations, and superannuation legislation present.

Ben also focuses on the multinational compliance and remuneration challenges associated with employee movement between countries, and has over 20 years’ experience in expatriate tax across Europe, Asia, and Australia.

He has extensive experience across the retail, consumer products, construction, engineering, and hospitality sectors.
