With a track record of excellence in both buy-side and sell-side engagements, he provides his clients invaluable support, guiding them through the intricacies of M&A transactions.

  • Significant experience advising clients in relation to transaction documentation and providing completion mechanism support
  • Multiple investigating accountant engagements for clients undertaking IPOs.
