Andrew is a Partner in BDO’s Business Restructuring team in Sydney, with over 25 years’ experience delivering advisory services.

He helps financial institutions when one of their borrowers is experiencing financial difficulties. He also assists regulatory authorities, shareholders, and company directors when businesses are financially stressed or distressed, working with all stakeholders to identify the financial and operational issues impacting the business, and prepare a plan to restructure the company and turn its financial performance around. In the most extreme circumstances, Andrew acts as the appointed insolvency practitioner to the distressed company.
