Anand Raniga

Anand has more than 12 years’ experience in Australia and North America working with global and national organisations helping to solve their critical business problems and improving business processes.

He specialises in providing internal audit, risk management and process improvement consulting services to government entities, statutory authorities and private sector organisations in the natural resources, healthcare, education and construction sectors.

Anand enjoys assisting clients with analysing current state financial and operational business processes and designing associated future state processes for the purposes of efficiency, controls implementation and month-end close optimisation. 

Anand has a passion and keen interest in natural resources, renewables and heavy industry. He has experience working on operational audits and risk reviews on mine sites throughout Australia and internationally (including Papua New Guinea, Côte d'Ivoire, Indonesia and North America).

His experience also includes performing construction audits and post mortem reviews of capital programs up to US$2B.
