Chris Paull joins BDO tax team in Perth

BDO strengthens the Perth team with the addition of Chris Paull as its newest tax partner.

BDO Perth Office Managing Partner, James Massie-Taylor, said Chris’s strong track record in building solid relationships with his clients, coupled with his ability to gain a deep understanding of their business and needs, will make him a great addition to the tax team in Perth.

“With over 18 years of experience, Chris excels at distilling complex tax and commercial issues into practical outcomes, advising clients on a wide range of tax areas including transactions, internal restructures and financing matters, as well as tax compliance, tax advice, ATO reviews and tax risk management” Mr Massie-Taylor said.

“He specialises in the private, property, infrastructure and government sectors, and has a passion for projects that are significant to Western Australia such as strategic property and infrastructure construction projects. He has a breadth of experience working with clients across a range of other sectors, including mining services, financial services and the Not-For-Profit sector.”

Chris said he was excited about taking up a new challenge.

“I’m so pleased to be joining the tax team at BDO. I’m passionate about working on projects that are important to Western Australia, including property and infrastructure construction projects – areas I know BDO’s Perth firm has made great strides in over the past 12 months,” said Mr Paull.

Chris Paull joined BDO on 5 November 2024 (from PwC).
