The following supplemental terms (Portal Terms) apply to your use of the online client portal (the Portal) controlled by BDO Australia Limited ACN 050 110 275 on behalf of itself and its member firms (BDO Australia), including your use of the information contained in this Portal.
By accessing the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Portal Terms and by BDO Australia’s Website Terms and Conditions which together govern your use of the Portal.
Changes to Portal Terms
Please check these Portal Terms, as they may change from time to time. By accessing or using the Portal after any such modified Portal Terms have been posted to the Portal, you signify your acceptance of the modified Portal Terms.
Security
To access the Portal, you are required to create an account and must supply your name, company name, email address, business address and telephone number. You agree to keep your account details up-to-date via the Portal.
You are solely responsible for all use of your Portal account and maintaining the confidentiality of all passwords and information associated with your use of the Portal. You acknowledge and agree that sharing of passwords and account usernames and information is at your own risk, and BDO Australia and its licensors will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or connected with your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Suspension or termination
BDO Australia may in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the Portal for any breach or suspected breach of these Portal Terms or the Website Terms and Conditions.
Limitation of liability
You agree that the liability of BDO Australia and its related entities (having the meaning given in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) and contractors who have a reasonable need to access information in your Portal account as part of our provision of the services to you, is limited in accordance with the limitation of liability provisions of the Website Terms and Conditions.
