TricorBraun Inc. (TricorBraun), a global packaging leader, has acquired Australian packaging distributor, UniquePak Pty Ltd (UniquePak).

UniquePak is an Australian distributor of premium glass packaging solutions for the spirit, wine, pharma, and food industries.

Founded in 1902, TricorBraun is North America’s largest primary packaging distributor, with over 2,000 team members operating from more than 100 locations across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Australia. TricorBraun continues to expand its footprint in Australia, following its acquisitions of Cormack Packaging in 2021, PB Packaging in 2022, Plas-Pak in 2024, and Alplas in 2024.
