Sheffield Group acquires Impact Tools

Sheffield Group has successfully acquired Adelaide-based Australian company, Impact Tools.

Impact Tools has been a trusted provider of impact sockets, hand tools, and accessories for more than 15 years, across industrial, construction, hardware, and automotive sectors.

Sheffield Group is a fourth-generation Australian-owned company, dedicated to providing solutions with power tool accessories, hand tools and abrasives. As Sheffield Group plans to invest in product development and deliver more value to customers moving forward, this acquisition strengthens their product range and aligns with its values of customer service and quality.

Sheffield Group engaged BDO’s deal advisory team in Sydney, led by Daniel Coote, to provide financial due diligence on the transaction.
