Founded in 2000, Brisbane-based Pensar is a leader in providing innovative infrastructure solutions across Australia. Over the past two decades, Pensar has been involved in projects nationwide for local, state, and national government organisations. The move is seen as a strategic decision by RSK Australia to bolster its expertise in water and critical infrastructure in the region.
With a projected annual turnover of AU$200 million for financial year 2023, Pensar is the largest acquisition by the RSK Group outside of the United Kingdom. Pensar is also the sixth business to join RSK Australia in the last 18 months, aligning with the Group’s rapid growth and geographic diversification strategy.
