Acclivis Group has acquired a majority stake in Zed Technologies.

Acclivis is a healthcare technology specialist investment firm. This is the third standalone investment for the group.

Zed is a cloud-based radiology software business that allows radiology clinics to share diagnostic imaging results digitally to doctors and patients.

Acclivis engaged the BDO team in Sydney, led by Corporate Finance Partner, Daniel Coote, to provide financial due diligence on the transaction.
