Capital Precast and Drainage Pty Ltd is the go-to specialty precast product and accessories supplier in the Canberra/ACT region.

The acquisition expands the Civilmart distribution network and allows customers to better access the broader Civilmart product offering.

Civilmart engaged the BDO team, led by Corporate Finance and Deal Advisory Partner Daniel Coote, to provide financial due diligence on the transaction.
