Our M&A team acted as the M&A sell side lead advisor to the shareholders of the target company. In late 2017, or M&A team advised the owners of a sector leading online retailer on the sale of their business to Carsales.com (ASX:CAR).
BDO role included:
- Preparation of Information Memorandum
- Contacting and chairing meetings with acquirer
- Leading pricing and structuring negotiations
- Managing the due diligence process
- Project managing the legal teams for the completion of the sale and purchase agreement
- General support of other matters required to complete the transaction.
