Autosports Group acquires Motorline and Gold Coast BMW, MINI and panel repair businesses

Autosports Group Limited (ASX: ASG) has acquired Queensland-based Motorline BMW and Gold Coast BMW, MINI, and the panel repair businesses of both dealerships.

ASG is a leading retailer of prestige and luxury cars in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria.

The acquisition complements the Group’s strategy of representing luxury brands in key metropolitan areas, and adds to the Group’s existing portfolio of dealerships.

BDO was engaged by Autosports Group Limited (ASX: ASG) to provide financial due diligence on the acquisition of the business and assets of the Motorline BMW Group.
