Altro Limited (trading as Autoglym) is one of the UK’s largest vehicle care brands. 

In April 2024, Altro announced its acquisition of GNG Sales, its distribution partner for Australia and New Zealand and a wholesale supplier of repair, maintenance, and construction products and brands. The acquisition of GNG is part of Altro's broader international growth plan.

Altro engaged the BDO Corporate Finance and Tax teams, led by Sebastian Stevens and Marcus Leonard, to provide financial and tax due diligence on the transaction.
