Tom Hogarth

Tom is a Director within the Special Situations Advisory team and leads the Debt Advisory service offering in Sydney.

He has over 10 years’ experience in delivering tailored advisory solutions to assist businesses, lenders and stakeholders navigate times of significant change or growth. Tom advises mid-market companies in developing bespoke funding solutions and raising capital through his extensive knowledge in private credit markets.

Tom’s lender network includes domestic and overseas banks, credit funds, non-bank lenders and strategic investors. This network provides the appropriate level of support in providing specialist advice to corporates on business transformation strategies and partnering with the right lenders to best support the strategic direction of the business.

Having joined BDO in 2020, Tom helped establish BDO’s Special Situations Advisory team to assist companies in assessing their strategic options. He is also a member of BDO’s Real Estate and Construction, Government, and Financial Services industry groups.
