External administrator:
- Acted as receiver and manager of a management and letting rights business with circa 300 rooms across five properties
- Acted as voluntary administrator of a concrete pumping business with a turnover of $100 million and 400 staff across five states. Shaun traded the business while it was restructured via deed of company arrangement, before it was eventually handed back to the directors, who continued trading.
Agriculture:
- Farm business analysis reports on agricultural enterprises on behalf of a state government authority to understand profitability, future development options, capital requirements, and return on capital
- Business review of a potato farming enterprise with rotational crops of wheat, poppies, and pyrethrum
- Research report into sheep and goat meat investment for a state government department
- Strategy workshop for the owner/managers of an agtech enterprise
- Acquisition due diligence for an Australian domestic client with respect to a large integrated beef production enterprise with a herd of circa 400,000 cattle (breeding, backgrounding, and feed lotting)
- Helped an integrated feedlot and grain-producing enterprise identify an equity partner to assist with future business growth
- Pre-lending due diligence for a major Australian bank with respect to an integrated beef production and processing enterprise.
